Hello,
I'm attempting to cycle 300 miles in 24 hours to raise money for Scope. The ride is from London to Paris, starting in Greenwich at 8.30am on Fri 24th June and finishing exactly 24 hours later in Paris.
The route is quite hilly (2,400m of climbs) and with the ferry / transition points I'll have to average around 15mph for 20 hours in the saddle.
300 miles is more than I've cycled in the last decade but with 10 weeks of hardcore training anything is possible. I think. Probably.
The event is organised by Scope, a charity that supports disabled people and their families.
Please please please help change lives and make a donation - any amount would be greatly appreciated and make me very happy but more importantly help create a better society for all.
Thanks for your help you wonderful person,
Neil
