David, Andy and I, spurred on by a few too many glasses of rose in Mallorca, decided it would be a good idea to endeavour to run the Royal Parks London Half Marathon on Sunday, October 11th to raise money for the Starlight Children's Foundation.  Starlight brightens the lives of seriously and terminally ill children by granting their wishes and providing hopsital entertainment to help take their minds off the pain, fear and isolation of their illness.
