<p>Passed away peacefully at the QE2 Hospital, Welwyn</p>
<p>on 17 August 2011 aged 65.</p>
<p>Adored husband of Vanessa,</p>
<p>wonderful, loving and much loved father to</p>
<p>Philip, Dominic, Natasha, Isabelle and Eleanor.</p>

<p>(at the bottom of Queens Road)</p>
