On the 2nd June 2012 I, along with Matt and Jamie will be embarking on an epic journey, cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats. But to make it even more challenging we will complete the ride in just 8 days.  The total distance will be approximately 1,475km, with individual days ranging between just 144km and a mighty 226km! In doing this I would like to raise money for the charity Headway. A family friend, who had been a keen cyclist, was knocked off his bike by a van which jumped a red light and suffered brain damage. Headway helped Mark in the early years of his rehabilitation and provided invaluable practical and emotional support to Mark and his family in coming to terms with his ongoing condition.
