We will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 18 October for Cancer Research Wales.  Both our Dads have been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, and we want to give something back to Cancer Research in Wales.  We decided to take part in the Cardiff Half Marathon whilst on our trip to South Africa supporting the British and Irish Lions, as you can see from the photo, Stephen was extremely pleased I agreed to join him !

 

I am sure you all know individuals and families that have been affected by cancer, if you can spare a few pounds it will be massively appreciated, the money raised goes to cancer research in Wales.
