Every two hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire is a national charity that provides practical help, supporting spinal cord injured people from injury to independence.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I have to raise over £3000 by the 17th Dec 2006. This is an ambitious target - to say the least, so please dig deep and sponsor me online.

This is a very demanding challenge which takes place over a week long period in sub zero temperatures. As such I have recently started an intense training regime.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: ASPIRE will receive your money faster and, if you are a
taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now - remember it is Christmas soon the time of giving.

Cheers

Neil
