The Martlets provides medical and nursing care for adults with terminal and lifelimiting illnesses. The Hospice also provides counselling and bereavement support to the families and friends of people in its care, and practical support to help people sort out their financial and family affairs. It is impossible to overestimate the difference this loving and dignified care can make to people in their final days and hours.

We all hope that we never have need to use the support of Charities like Martlets, but friends in the local area have said that this support is priceless at a time of real need.

Every step I get closer to my target of £1000 will make each training run along the Brighton seafront that little less daunting.
