My story

 

Hello everyone Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

As you know ive entered the london 10k run on the 12 july this year, to help give to the coeliac uk charity, as they have been so helpfull in helping judi and i with young cokers condition, i will update site with the state of my fitness and just for you stocky my wieght

1.just completed my first 10k run in 67mins at 17st9lbs .. legs like jelly

2.a week in and ive put on a pound,!! training each day,must stop eating so much...

3. managing to get to gym daily and down to 17 stone now . sorry stocky..

4. just managed to tear a knee cartilage and dislocate my elbow during some extreme bar brawling... so time bets are off but i will complete and still in training still 17 stone must stop eating...
