NICE is a leading UK charity transforming the lives of disabled children and adults who have movement disorders such as cerebral palsy and Parkinson’s. We push the boundaries of their potential by teaching them through conductive education, new ways of controlling the effect of their condition.

I am doing my first triathlon on the 6th of June. It is a sprint distance so 750m swim, a 20km bike ride and a 5km run. It is the most exercise I will have ever done in my life.

Please give generous as the money is going to help my nephew Lucas who has development issues and is coming up to his 2nd Birthday. Lucas uses the the Hungarian physio regularily and they are always appealing for funds. They are a brilliant charity and world renowned but I don't think they get the same kind of government funding as many other charity organisations.

Conductive Education (CE) teaches children and adults with physical disabilities such as cerebral palsy, dyspraxia, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, stroke and head injury how to overcome their movement problems to lead more independent, dignified and fulfilled lives.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Foundation for Conductive Education gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Wish me luck....and please sponsor me now!
