12 months after deciding to lose weight and get fit, I have decided to celebrate by volunteering to do a 45 mile cycle ride.  (Yes I may be mad!).  I have not done this sort of thing in years, and 12 months ago everyone might have laughed at the thought of me making it... now it's time to actually do it!
