In April I am undertaking the biggest challenge of my life! I am attempting to trek over 200km across the Everest region in Nepal including 5 ridges of over 5Km high. As my Father is disabled through diabetes I want to dedicate my challenge to raising funds for research through Diabetes UK. Around 1.5M people in the UK have diabetes and more have it without knowing, so understanding it is crucial.
