Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

You may remember me begging for money only a few months ago to run a mile in Leamington... not a very impressive distance I know (although my feet were quite sore as safety boots aren't ideal running shoes...)

After doing this run (and subsequently seeing how unfit I was) I decided that I need to go running more often, but I lacked a little motivation (I'd rather watch Pointless when I get back from work than run round Newbold Comyn!)

Which brings me on to this run... 10km is a more reasonable distance, and one I will actually need to train for. I am running as part of a team from National Grid raising money for Special Olympics GB (see to the right for more information about this charity). If you feel able to and want to donate, I will be very happy and it will make me feel more motivated to get outside and pound the streets of Leamington in preparation!

Thanks!
