Many of you may know I ran the Great North Run last year for the first time, I was very happy with my time of 1hr 50, but me being me.... as I crossed the line last year I thought 'I want to come back next year and beat my time!' It sounded a good idea at the time, only joking. I'm back again fit and ready to run 13.5 miles! Some how I am in the group behind the elites so I will be the daft geordie in the bright yellow top chasing down Paula Ratcliff.

My main two aims are to beat my time from last year but also and more importantly to raise some money for this great charity!

So I hope you will join me to reach one of my goals!

I did it!!!

1hr 41 min, i'm so glad that I beat my previous time! my legs are not so happy with me tho, they are in great need of a massage so any offers as well as donating would be great!!!!

Many thanks for your support.
