Hi this is my third year off running the Great North, each year I have improved my time but unfortunately i'm not so confident this year as I have had no time to train, I spent the summer in America and since i've been back it has been non stop work at my new school.

so I need all the support I can get to get round!!

One lucky thing is that I am in zone B which means I start next to all the elite Kenyan's!! so I am tempted to sprint the 1st mile just to get on tv!!!! lol
