One dull day back in February Mat Newnham suggested that doing the Great North Run would be an experience of a lifetime.  So, 'Team Newners' entered the ballot, and all got places.  But! Those pesky lawyers now all have a wedding to go to on the same day so it's just 'Team Nell' now.  Please help motivate me through my last month of training - running doesn't come easy to me seemingly!

I'd like to try and rasie some funds for Elizabeth FitzRoy Support.  They provide support for people with learning disabilites, including my friend Sam, and do marvellous work.  Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure.  I'll be delighted with any sum of sponsorship; £1 pledges very gratefully received.
