The Hepatitis C Trust is the only national UK charity devoted to hepatitis C. Set up by people with the illness who were concerned by the glaring lack of information and support available it now runs a range of services that provide support, information and representation for people with hepatitis C.

We must act now to raise awareness. There is treatment available the success rate is around 80% and new treatments are being developed, however, you can't treat it if you dont know you've got it.

Your support will also benefit the people of rural Nepal, through a programme of building schools, health posts, monasteries and clean water supplies which is funded by the organisers of the trek, Community Action Treks Ltd www.catreks.com

My commitment to training so far has been to quit the fags, so yes I am serious and will keep you up to date with my training endeavours. Hints and Tips would be gratefully received from any Hill Walkers, events organisers, bright young things with a good idea or any assistance at all.
