BUPA LONDON 10K - 25 MAY 2009   -  Lol and Jono ran for it! 

Well the race was run and I am afraid Jono's age and weight advantage gave him the edge beating me by 3 minutes.  Still there is always next time.  What am I saying!

The great thing is that we have raised a very respectable amount for Kisharon and if you have yet to make your donation please please do so as soon as possible.

I was a real honour to run for the Kisharon organisation and particularly the day school as we know the children quite well through our daughter.  It was very special running along side my son (until he shot off after 7K) in an effort to make life better for our daughter and her friends.  Well done to all the runners and a big thank you to all who have given so generously so far.
