Three foolhardy members of the NG insurance team have joined forces to partake in this year’s London triathlon in aid of SPARKS – the children’s medical research charity. David will be swimming (or doggy paddling) 750m through the murky depth of theEast London docks followed by Pauline who will cycle 20Km (without her stabilisers!) around the east end; Kirsten will then close the race by running (she promises not to walk!) 5Km.
