Hi All

This is my first ever trek. I will be trekking for six consecutive days along the steep and arduous paths of the Great Wall of China, averaging 7hours of trekking per day.  I will be dedicating myself to getting fit for this challenge and to raising much-needed funds for Help the Aged.
