Hi folks and welcome to my fundraising page - my aim is to raise enough cash to send one single parent family on a much needed Take a Break holiday with Care for the Family. To do that I need to raise £320!

With some trepidation I've set myself a goal of walking 100 miles on a treadmill by the end of June - that's pretty much from Cardiff to Aberystwyth! Many of my friends will know that last year was a bit rough for me and in the process I got pretty unfit and a bit more portly than I'd like. So the challenge of walking 100 miles is quite daunting - but the thought of giving one family a proper holiday will keep me going.

These families are under great pressure and often cannot afford to go on conventional breaks - please sponsor me and help to make the summer for at least one of these families.
