Story
Hello.
'tis the sponsorship season again.
Last year we managed to raise over 500 squid for the National Eczema society while running the Great Edinburgh Run.
What a great feeling to be a hero, thought I, I reckon I can do that again.
So this year I ran the Great Edinburgh Run again, and totally failed to try to get any sponsorship. But that's OK, because I'm running the Men's Health Glasgow 10k as well.
That's right - a delicate Edinburgh boy like me is risking life and limb by venturing west for the good of the human race.
But it's worth it - the National Eczema Society do good work, funding support and research including some of the headline grabbing genetic work at Dundee that should lead to more treatments and potentially a cure for eczema.
Eczema, as I've said before, sucks.
So give generously and I'll try to do everyone proud - ideally give online - it's quicker, eaiser and totally secure, and it makes the whole Gift Aid thing easier, which means they get even more money.
Thanks!
