Prevention is as important as finding a cure!! The Mary Howe Trust provides a free screening process to check for cancer, everyone knows that if caught early the chances of survival are a heck of a lot better. The trust relies on donations and hence me aiming to raise some money for them by running 13.1 miles around the beautiful streets of Birmingham, most likely followed by a nice cold beer at the finish line!
