Now then. You know me. Not exactly the world's fittest bloke, and nor do I have the world's best legs in fact i've often heard the phrase "Two White Sticks". But that's all beside the point, becuase for the second year running i'm doing the London To Brighton Bike Ride. And this time I want to do it in a lot quicker time than last year.

So obviously I've invited you to visit this page for a reason, and that's quite a simple one. I need to raise some cash for the British Heart Foundation.

Last year you all did me really proud and helped me to raise a staggering £570 quid and I can't thank you all enough for that, so if you don't mind digging into your pockets again this year...., so really it doesn't matter how little (or how much!) you want to donate. I really really really don't mind. Honestly. Any amount is good.
