Rudolf and I have been training hard with a strict 'free running' routine around Sefton Park - some of those houses are so high and the chimneys so loose it's scary and I nearly lost my suit on the top of the Palm House!

Sadly Rudolf can't join me on Sunday because he's managed to get a bit part in Autumn Watch and he's always wanted to meet Bill Oddie - I presume he wants to compare beards.My running number is 4567 so you can spot me.
