Care for the Family strengthens family life and helps those who are hurting because of family difficulties. We help thousands of families across the UK – equipping parents, strengthening couple relationships, and helping those facing loss – through events, resources and family-building breaks.

Story

Hooray....everyone made it and not a blister in sight....and we hear that the Marathon lads made good times as well....so success all round and still raising money for these brilliant causes. Thank you all so much for contributing, competing and taking part!!

The intrepid 'Taff's Trail Trekkers' are heading out into the Wild Welsh Woodland [and probably] Wet Wilderness for a 13+ mile Wade & Wallow to raise funds for national charity Care for the Family and Ty Hafan Children's Hospice in Cardiff, both brilliant charities. We are a group of Care for the Family staff plus volunteers, family and friends who are determined to make a difference to Family Life in Britain today. We are passionate about what we do and are determined to see the work grow across the Country and the Isle of Man; so by donating to these fantastic charities you will be directly supporting the wide range of support groups/networks, teaching programmes, 'help' days / weekends and seminars that form the core of CFF activities, and those of the Ty Hafan Children's Hospice.  For a more detailed look at the work of CFF please visit: www.careforthefamily.org.uk. We know you will be as excited as we are!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
