The Mull Cyclosportive is an 87 mile route round the Isle of Mull in aid of two fabulous charities; Help for Heroes &  the RNLI (Lifeboats).  I will once again in 2016 be supporting Help For Heroes through this Just Giving page, so that in a very small way help contribute to the welfare of our very brave servicemen and women returning wounded to UK who have given so much in service to their country.

The Event is being held on Sunday June 5th 2016 on the Isle of Mull and you can view the event details on  http://www.mullcyclosportive.co.uk/. 

The Cycle route around Mull takes participants through some of the most stunning scenery Scotland has to offer, although sadly there is never much time to admire the view.  There is also a huge variation in gradients to be tackled along the way particularly in the last 30 miles from sea level up to 2000 feet and back down twice!

So here we go again and thank you so much to all of you who have been so generous enough to sponsor me since my first cycling event in 2011.  I shall let you know how I get on after I have hopefully survived to tell the tale!
