Little acorns to bigger chestnuts

What started in my head as an idea to see a bit of the countryside and raise some funds for charity, after a few beers expanded somewhat, to lets see all of the country and raise a bit more!  As a complete novice cyclist, I am going from "hey I've just cycled into Chichester - that's a whole inch on the map", to discovering the wonders of lycra, vaseline and tyre levers!  I shall hopefully be wobbling my way from one end of the country to the other in June, and would be very grateful for your support.

By the way - special mystery prize (all the way from John O Groats) for best guess at actual number of miles cycled.
