I am cycling from Portsmouth to the Pyrenees in the South of France, a formidable 550 miles and 6 days in the saddle.
I am trying to raise funds for St Barnabas Hospice who are an independent charitable hospice that offers palliative care for patients with cancer and other life-limiting diseases.

Hopefully I will still be able to walk when I get back.
