It's about time i started giving something back to others.  Kirsten (my far better half) signed up to the Run for Life ( click here if you also feel like sponsoring her ) and encouraged me to sign up for the Bobby Moore Fund run happening at the same time.  I'm hoping to make 200 pounds for them, but hopefully will make more as it's all for a good cause.

I haven't run anything more than about 2km for a very long time so just getting fit for this will be a challenge in itself, so dig deep and make my pain and suffering worth it ;)
