Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This fundraising charity event is to raise money for Cancer Research to help in the fight against cancer.

Details: The event is a karate training session with two experienced Martial Art instructors: Sensei Pete and Sensei Derek.  Sensei Pete will show some self defence skills like knife defence and gun defence. Then take the full class into self defence mode. Sensei Derek will show the sort of warm ups we do in Karate to kick so high. All people are welcome to take part in the training session. Young, old, experienced, inexperienced. Pop along and learn some self defence karate skills and help make a difference in the fight against cancer.

When and where: The training session will be held at on Saturday 3 August between 10am and 2pm 2013, at Miyabi - Ryu (Oldham)
