Update! - Although very knackering, i managed to finish with a time of 4:26:26. Thanks to everyone who sponsored me, my total so far is way beyond my original target of £1000 and it's still rising! If you haven't sponsored me so far, because you though i might not make it, you can now stump up some cash with confidence!

On the 13th April I will be slogging it out in the Flora London Marathon to raise money for Hospiscare.

For those of you who know exactly how lazy I am, and how much I enjoy the simple pleasures of pies, shandies and sleeping, you'll realise that this will take a massive effort so please dig deep and sponsor me to make all the training worth while!

Hospiscare is an amazing charity that cared for my mum at their hospice before she finally lost her battle with cancer a couple of years ago. Their staff do an incredible job and I can't explain how much their care and support helped my mum and our family through this difficult time.

It's obviously a cause that personally means a lot, so any sponsorship, big or small will be very much appreciated. Please be aware though, that if your sponsorship is too small, I will forever refer to you as a tight git!
