Thanks for stopping by. I'm running (in a manner of speaking) the Birmingham Half Marathon in October.

As the E&S's Walsall reporter I'm doing it for the club's main sponsor Walsall Hospice.

They are moving to a new all-action facility but still need some help to cross the line (probably like me) so if you've got anything spare, it all helps.
