We are delighted and excited to have this opportunity to follow in the wake of Ewan & Charlie in a small way by doing this European 10 country trip in aid of the LongWayDownFund: 'Unite with children Unite against AIDs' This trip will take in a myriad of cultures and scenery which will evoke images from their 2 epic trips as well as bringing back memories of  my personal experiences in Malawi/ Tanzania working alongside people's in orhanages, locals facing the daily struggles of facing the after effects of such a pandemic. We hope that in a small way this trip will follow in the wake of the platform created by the LongWayDownFund in contributing a little to the wider need for provision in response to these ongoing crises and in helping to tackle the poverty which underpins them.

‘2 up with luggage’ covering approximately 3,300 miles ,we are planning to pass through Holland, Belgium, Lux, E. France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovak Rep, Poland, Sweden and Denmark in 22 days (including a little mountaineering!) involving 3 ferries and crossing 2 of the biggest suspension bridges in the world.
