On the 7th August together with my friends, Neil and Steve we will be completing the London Triathlon on behalf of Macmillan Cancer. We are competing as part of a relay team covering a 1500m open water swim, a 40km bike ride and finally a 10km run.

We are aiming to raise £1200 for Macmillan Cancer.
