As some of you may know I lost my Mum Jean to dementia in 2001. This is the first opportunity I have had to give something back to the Alzheimers Society who do so much to care for dementia sufferers and their families.
On the 22nd April 2007 I will be starting my first marathon and you can keep up to date with my training progress, daily thoughts, highs and lows on my personal "Joggerblog" so click the link if you dare!
