On Friday 5th June I'll be joining Mark Evans on day five of his gruelling 150-mile London Loop Walk (see www.marksloopwalk.com for full details).

This will be a 27-mile stretch through Hertfordshire and Essex, starting in Borehamwood, and finishing in Loughton, and will certainly be a challenge, as my normal walking takes me to and from the station in the mornings and evenings, a total of a few hundred yards!
