On 21st April 2013 - my 41st birthday - I will be doing the London Marathon for the MS Trust.

I have chosen this charity because I know people who have to cope with multiple sclerosis, and because my grandfather suffered from it. The MS Trust provides information for people living with MS and supports the health professionals who work with it.

I am covering the entrance fees myself, so you can be certain your donation will go to an excellent cause.
