Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I've set a challenge for myself, please help me raise as much money as possible for such a worthwhile cause. I have to do the hard work, all i would ask you to do is encourage me by sponsoring as much as you can afford.

All the money I raise goes towards my chosen charity Helen & Douglas House, please visit their website to understand what a great charity this is, you'll realise why I'm putting myself through this challenge (at my age!).  www.helenanddouglas.org.uk

IIt cost over 4.5 million pounds to run Helen and Douglas House for a year which is made up mainly from voluntary donations like yours, thank you for supporting this great cause(!)

1. London Marathon - 26/04/09  (Completed)

2. Blenheim Triathlon - 7/06/09 (Completed)

3. New York City Olympic Distance Triathlon - 26/07/09 Deferred due to need to be in UK

4. London Duathlon - 13/09/09 (Completed)

5. Great North Run - 20/09/09 (Completed)

6. Grim Duathlon - 18/10/09 - Tough off road duathlon based on the army's vehicle testing site (Completed)

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Helen & Douglas House gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
