Norwood supports and empowers neurodiverse children, their families and people with neurodevelopmental disabilities to live their best lives.

Story

Once again, the annual excuse for a 60-mile jolly down to Hove by bicycle which, despite me getting fitter, seems to take longer every time...

Norwood isn't one of the charities that you usually find chasing down your hard-earned cash, and were it not for this event and the centre they run near home in Crowthorne, I would never have heard of them. But the work they do is outstanding and vital to thousands of disadvantaged kids and their families, so please help me to support them again on this event.

And next year COME AND JOIN US!!!

We take a pretty relaxed approach - stopping to feed at every opportunity and keeping a leisurely pace in between. Its all about having fun and definitely NOT about how fast we can get down there. Some of us prefer our road bikes (like my pride & joy in the pic) but a decent hybrid or mountain bike is just as good and - if I'm honest - a lot more comfy...

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Norwood gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
