Any family that has been touched by cancer will know that actual support for the patient and family makes the illness easier to bear. Macmillan is a great charity. I am paying for the trip myself so anything raised will go directly to Macmillan. If you can make a donation, however small it will be much appreciated.

It a 10 day trip and the trek lasts for 5 days sleeping under canvas and treking to 4,200 meters above sea level. I have never taken part in a walk/climb at altitude before so I will be training to make sure I'm ready.
