Welcome to my fundraising page for my 2008 People & Planet runs!

Upcoming races are (drumroll):
Reading Half Marathon (2 March) DONE!! Finishing time (personal best) 1:39:22
London Marathon (13 April) DONE!! Finishing time (first-ever) 4:00:02
Edinburgh Marathon (25 May) DONE!! Finishing time (personal best) 3:50:14
London Royal Parks Half Marathon (12 Oct) DONE !! Finishing time (first time in a costume) 1:57:51
NEW ADDITION Oxford-Birmingham cycle (20 Nov) for Shared Planet conference. Cycling 70-odd miles for the first time in my life. Yikes...

People & Planet is at the cutting edge of UK student campaigning on climate change, world poverty and human rights. Together with hundreds and thousands of fellow students, we're being the change we wish to see in the world. Whatever help that you can contribute through sponsoring my runs will help to train more activists,  deliver more effective campaigns and make change happen.

Greener universities, taking a stand against Topshop's sweatshops, lobbying parliamentarians on government aid policy,  hitting the Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest for pouring financial fuel onto the fires of climate change? You can be part of this (hint: click the button that says donate now. It's big, purple, and just below!)

Donating through justgiving is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: People & Planet Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you (that's right, all of you who have jobs...).

Many thanks for your support!

Cheers,
Nick
