As most of you know on the 18th of June i leave for the US to tackle the Grand Canyon, trekking over 60 miles in 5 days, camping rough in the canyon before kayaking 14 miles on the last day...arizona in June...great idea eh!

One Man, One Canyon, No Pub (or Pies!) I will be donning my best Indiana Jones hat to make sure i complete this challenge! I'm lucky enough to work with a great bunch of people all dedicated to improving the quality of life for some incredible young people.
