Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

From 6 to 11 July, a select group of Real Tennis Pros will be swapping their tennis whites for lycra shorts and crash helmets to cycle the 450 or so miles from Jesmond Dene Real Tennis Club in Newcastle to Seacourt onHaylingIsland.

Along the way, we will be calling in at the following courts: Leamington, Moreton Morrell, Oxford, Radley, Oratory, Holyport, Lord's, Queen's, Royal Tennis Court and Petworth.

I (Nick) have never done anything like this before, so to help me along and make it really worthwhile for the Parkinson's Disease Society please give generously. My lovely Mum suffers from Parkinson's and has done so for many years; she is incredibly strong and courageous battling to live a life that doesn’t affect those around her. Through the Parkinson’s Disease Society, a cure may be found but if not I hope the lives of sufferers can be enhanced.

We are hoping to raise a significant amount of money for a number of charities, so your support is greatly appreciated.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Parkinson's Disease Society gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
