Thanks for supporting me and Mani.

I have chosen to run for Mani in the Great South Run.  Mani has aggressive breast cancer, and has exhausted the treatments available in the UK.  She is attending the Leonardis Clinic in Germany, but this is outside the NHS and costs a lot.  The fundraising will help pay for her treatments and travel to Germany.

Mani shows great strength of character in the face of adversity, she always does the school run with a smile on her face, no matter how tired or how much pain she is feeling.  I am proud to be able to support her cause.

Mani's daughter Mya (who named her campaign of "make my mummy better") is in the same class as my younger hooligan.
