Dear All
As you may be aware this is the year I have decided to run the London Marathon in aid of the Prostate Cancer Charity and, particularly, in memory of my wife's father, Patrick (Pat) Guerin, who sadly died of prostate cancer in 2005 aged 59.
On top of running 'the big one' and enduring the dreaded wall, plus pounding the London streets on those painful 'long runs' every Saturday to the big day, Julie and I are preparing to welcome a new life into the world with the arrival of our first child, due on the actual day of the race!
All in all it should be a magical day and if anybody would like to join me they would be very welcome.
I would appreciate your support to raise money for this worthwhile cause.
Many Thanks
Nicky Simpson
