Story
On the 25th of September I am taking part in the half marathon in London; Run to the beat to raise money for 'the Stroke Association'. I am raising money for this charity with Amy Chandler and a few others due to one of my best friends; Becki Cobb suffering a stroke a few months back.
Due to her hero like attributes and determination she is now on her way to a full recovery. She has been positive throughout her recovery and has been an inspiration to everyone along the way. Raising money for this specific charity was her choice as she wanted to raise awareness of strokes in young people, after all none of us had ever even heard of a stroke happening to a 21 year old before it happened to Becki.
I am so proud of Becki and I admire the strength that she has used to fight throughout her recovery!
