my chosen charity is Headway Essex which is a support group for those with brain damage due to an accident or medically acquired brain injury. My father in law Jim Sloane received brain damage when he had an accident at work. Headway Essex has been a lifeline to jim and his family, giving all the help and advice and support to him and to us. This is my way of saying THANK YOU to Headway Essex for everything that they have done for Jim, I know without their support Jim wouldnt be where he is today. So please help me reach my target and sponsor me, this is such a fantastic support group.
