Our personal message:

Just a further note to advise that my mum tragically passed away on Friday 30 May 2008 following a routine operation in hospital. I know she was incredibly proud of me and my achievment with the Moonwalk and she will be missed terribly by all who knew her.

Well I've completed the Moonwalk. I did it in 9 hours and 15 minutes. 26.2 miles is really far!!!!

I want to say a big thank you to everyone who has sponsored me. I've still got money to collect in so the total above isn't the actual total yet but it's still an amazing amount of money.

I'd also like to say a big thank you to everyone who text me during the night with words of support and encouragement to keep me going. But most importantly I'd like to thank my friend Sonia Knight who was there cheering me across the finish line and who at 22 miles gave me the inspiration to keep going when my legs just wanted to give in.
