Why Help for Heroes? Well whether we like it or not every day our Sailors, Solders and Airmen are serving in all parts of the globe, doing a job many of us cannot or would not do, so why not repay in some small way.

Help For Heroes isn't just about helping those in the Army, every day it helps the Sailors of the Royal Navy, Airmen/women of the Royal Air Force and Commandos of the Royal Marines.

Completing the Great South Run will be something of an achievement for me. By the grace of nature I am not your natural runner, but I'm willing to give it a go and prove something not only to myself but also those around me.
