Brain Tumour Research Verified by JustGiving
RCN 1153487 (England & Wales), SC046840 (Scotland)
Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Only 2 days to go and we're nearly at £750 well done everybody and thank you!

This page is in memory of my Auntie Sue who was also my Godmother. She recently died (27th May 2012) at the young age of 52, however was told of my fundraising before she passed and I have been told she was very proud of me for doing this.

Here is the original text:
I have a terminally ill relative who is battling against her second brain tumour, unfortunately it’s a losing battle and has not been given long to live. I am planning on shaving off all my hair to raise money for Brain Tumour Research. I want to raise awareness of the condition, make a difference and help raise money towards finding a cure.
Lots of salons have been very helpful and have offered to shave my head for free; however I could only choose one! I am very grateful that others were willing to help.
My hair will be cut by Christine at Toni & Guy Ipswich on Saturday 21 July 2012 at 10:30am. I am very willing to let others watch if they are interested.
